Educational organizations need more than enthusiasm for artificial intelligence—they need clear policies, practical guidance, and shared expectations for its responsible use. This week examines how educational organizations can develop AI policies that encourage innovation while addressing ethics, academic integrity, privacy, accessibility, and responsible implementation. Students will evaluate existing AI policies and begin developing policy recommendations for their selected educational organization. During the required Zoom Midterm Project Progress Meeting, students will share the progress of their Organizational AI Implementation Plan, receive instructor and peer feedback, and discuss the next phase of the project.
